Their pie flavours change with the season and the menu alternates weekly, however their much loved classics remain firmly on the menu. With their father's collection of vinyl records and cool art hanging around the cafe, this sister duo really serves up a treat.

According to Andrea and Stephanie, their philosophy is simple.

We want to create a nostalgic experience for our customers, creating real food with simple ingredients. Using good quality local butter, organic flour, free-range eggs and seasonal fruit, we try to achieve the making of something damn fine!

The Pie Shoppe's creative selection includes blackberry buttermilk chess, chocolate pecan and pumpkin spice, so there's really something to suit all. They also offer gluten-free pies upon request, and operate a zero-waste, eco-friendly system. This Chinatown pie spot is definitely one to look out for!

You’re missing The Last Crumb for best pie in Vancouver!

  2. Heather

The Pie Shoppe sisters have the best pies in the neighbourhood – even if a bit pricey, but definitely worth the money! I’m not a big fan of sweets and I don’t know what makes a pie a good pie, but these ladies definitely know the secret… If you’re around, don’t miss out the lemon chess!
